During a routine inspection
We found that people were encouraged to be as independent as possible and were treated with dignity and respect. People told us they were able to make choices about what they did and were helped to become involved in the local community. People told us that the staff were always available to help them and that they never had any problems. They told us that if they had any concerns they knew who to speak to about them.
We found that the service had made the appropriate checks in respect of staff which ensured that only suitable staff were employed.
