During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us that they were very happy with the service they received. They told us that staff understood their needs and were responsive to requests they made. One person told us that they had been reluctant to accept help, but 'I wouldn't be without them now.' Another person said 'They [staff] do everything I ask them to do.' One person who had recently started using the service was complimentary about how flexible the staff were and how they had resolved some environmental issues to deliver the care they required.
