During a routine inspection
One carer explained that staff from the service 'sit with my husband as this is what we need, so that I can get a bit of rest.' Another person who was cared for told us that staff are always on time and that they stayed the agreed length of time. They added that staff would contact them if they were going to be late, as 'had happened only once in years'.
All four people confirmed that they knew who to contact in case that they were not happy with any aspect of staff conduct, but two of them added that they 'never had any cause for concern'.
All four people confirmed that they could make decisions and that they were involved in planning the service.
