During a routine inspection
People told us that staff treated them well. One person told us that staff, "all treat us with the greatest respect". Another person told us that staff, "do not complain to me and they are never rushed".
People said that staff offered them choices, their independence was encouraged and that they involved them in decisions about their care.
When people were asked if they felt safe when staff were assisting them to move, one person told us, "I make sure that I feel safe when they (staff) are moving me or I would not let them".
People told us that they were visited by some one from the agency on a regular basis. They knew who to talk to if they had any concerns about the service that they received, but they had not needed to speak to anyone about this.
