During a routine inspection

Overall the people we spoke with were happy with their care. Two relatives said the agency was 'Absolutely brilliant' and another said that they were 'More than happy, they have been wonderful.' They told us carers were always respectful and very helpful. People and relatives told us that carers always turned up on time and stayed for the allocated time and sometimes longer if extra things needed doing. They told us that they would recommend the agency to anyone. One relative told us the agency provided much needed social contact. Relatives told us that they felt the carers were competent in their job and understood the needs of people. They told us that they were involved in the care planning and that the manager regularly checked to make sure there were no problems.
