During a routine inspection
Additionally we attempted to contact seven staff members and spoke with one staff member.
People told us that they were happy with the service that they received. They felt that the staff were knowledgeable about their role, were polite and listened to their views.
They told us how staff respected their dignity. They said that staff arrived on time and remained at their home the correct amount of time, wearing identification badges to help ensure people's safety.
