During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke with one patient, who said they were very happy with the service. This person said that they saw the associate dentist regularly and that he was 'very nice'. They confirmed that the dentist always explained what he had found during his examination and what the treatment options were, and that he had advised on oral hygiene.

A member of staff told us that they did not receive enough support to enable them to carry out their role and responsibilities.

Central and Eastern Cheshire Primary Care Trust told us they had serious concerns about the performance of the practice.
