During a routine inspection
Patients were treated with dignity. We saw staff interact with patients in a respectful and polite manner. One patient described the staff as 'really nice' and added 'they make you feel comfortable'. Another patient described the staff as 'very good'.
Both the patients we spoke with were positive about their experience. One patient described the clinic as 'brilliant' and added 'I couldn't have asked for better.' Another patient said the clinic had been recommended by a friend and described their care as 'very good'.
The dental nurse described the standard of care as 'very good'. They told us about developments that had been made with policies and the training they had received. They described the service as 'getting better and better'.
All the patients we spoke with were positive about the conduct of the staff at the practice. There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. Patient, staff and management records were fit for purpose and stored securely.
