During a routine inspection
Patient's said they felt well informed about their treatment and were always advised of the individual options available to them. When asked if patients were always treated with dignity and respect. We were told 'Absolutely' and 'The respect is very good.'
We were told that treatment was 'Always well explained' and that patients felt 'Fully informed.' We saw that treatment plans were clear and that advice and guidance was given at each phase of the treatment plan.
During our visit we saw that the surgery was clean, hygienic and well maintained. Each patient was satisfied with the standard of cleanliness.
Satisfaction with the quality of the service was expressed . Patients described the service as 'Excellent' or 'Very good.'
