During a routine inspection
We found that people's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan. People told us the dentist answered their questions relating to their care and treatment satisfactorily. They said they were fully involved and consulted about any treatments to be undertaken. One person said, 'I know all about my treatments because I ask lots of questions'.
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. People were provided with information on how to make a complaint. The complaints log reflected that complaints were dealt with appropriately.
