The registered provider will only accommodate service users aged 18-24 at Landswood House.

The registered provider must not admit any service user aged 16 or 17 to Landswood House without the prior written consent of the Care Quality Commission. The registered provider must provide written confirmation from funding authorities that the service user's care at Landswood House will continue past their 18th birthday up to the age of 24.
The admission of a service user aged 16 or 17 must not cause Landswood House to operate wholly or mainly as a children's home.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at this locations.
