During a routine inspection
We saw that people were treated with respect and in a polite manner by the staff. People told us that they understood their treatment and the costs associated with it.
Care and treatment was delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare.
The environment was clean and tidy on the day of our inspection.
Two complaints had been received by the service in the last year. These had been dealt with quickly and in line with the provider's guidance.
