During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who were attending the practice for treatment. Both told us that they had had been given a full explanation of their treatment and what to expect as the appointments were long. This was due to the complex nature of the treatment. They said that the dentist had put them at ease and had explained everything as he went along.

Both patients told us that they had felt no pain just some discomfort, but that was what they expected in a long treatment. One patient told us they had a medical condition which had been fully discussed before their treatment. All patients completed a medical history prior to treatment and signed a consent form.
