During a routine inspection
We spoke to two people, one who used the service and one relative. Both confirmed they had read their care plans and were consulted on the contents, both confirmed the care plans were stored in the home.
People confirmed that the plan of care reflected their wishes and preferences with regard to the way they received their care. They told us the carers were reliable and arrived on time in a majority of occasions, where carers were delayed they always called to inform them of the delay.
People told us that staff took their time that they did not feel rushed and they were kind and supportive with their needs. They said that staff treated them with respect and consideration was given to their privacy and dignity at all times.
People told us that they were 'Very satisfied' with the service delivered. The staff were 'Kind' and 'Very reliable.'
