During a routine inspection
Another patient told us that 'They always explain costs and give you a full break down. They explain what treatment they can offer and give me the option of what I'd like to do'
We found that the practice listened to patients and that the treatment provided was recorded.
Overall we found that the practice had good systems in place for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene was maintained and, that staff were adequately supported.
