During a routine inspection
People told us they felt, "Reassured" by the dentist and were treated with courtesy and consideration to ensure their wishes and feelings were respected.
People confirmed that consent was obtained as part of their dental health examination and that they were given, "Clear instructions" about their treatment. We found that people had signed to indicate their agreement and understanding of their particular treatment. We saw that clinical assessments of people were carried out as part of their dental examination and that known risks to their general health were assessed, to ensure these were minimised and that people were kept safe from potential harm.
We observed the practice was clean and well maintained and saw that risks of potential infection to people were safely managed.
We saw evidence that a range of staff training was provided to ensure staff were able to perform their roles and kept their skills up to date.
People told us they had confidence in the practice and were, 'Confident' that appropriate action would be taken to resolve any issues.
People told us the practice was, 'Efficient' and that they were, '100% happy' with the service they received.
