During a routine inspection
People said that staff respected their privacy and dignity. For example, personal care was provided in the privacy of their bedroom or bathroom. Staff enabled them to use the toilet in private. Staff ensured that they were addressed by their preferred name.
People told us that someone from the agency visited them prior to providing them with a service. They were able to discuss the level of support they needed. An assessment of their needs was carried out. They agreed a care plan which they or a family member had signed.
People told us that they felt safe with staff and staff looked after them very well. They described their relationship with staff as very good. They said that staff spoke to them in an appropriate manner. They described staff as kind and courteous. People said that staff were appropriately trained to meet their needs.
People said that they were happy with the care and support they were receiving from the agency. They said that they were provided with the opportunity to complete a satisfaction survey to comment about the care they were receiving.
