During an inspection in response to concerns

We met with people at both visits and exchanged pleasantries. However our first visit was at night and the second was shortly after staff and some people using the service had heard that the home was about to close. We did not feel it was appropriate to ask people for their comments and opinions.

22 March 2011

During a routine inspection

People using the service spoke positively about the care and support they received. Their comments included, 'The staff are kind, they look after me properly,' 'I'm very happy here, 'and 'I get all the help I need. '
