During a routine inspection
We observed how people who used the service were being supported and found that the staff were respecting people's privacy and dignity, ensuring they were supported with their diet and fluids and referring any health problems promptly.
We examined care plans and found that they were not up to date or reviewed as they should have been, however the staff we spoke with knew people well, understood their needs and recognised any health changes quickly.
Three people who used the service told us they were happy, treated respectfully and supported with their care needs.
A relative told us they were very happy with the service provided, they visited most days and had no concerns at all.
People who used the service told us that they were being properly cared for by the staff. One person said, 'The staff are all good, I enjoy the food.'
A relative told us, 'The staff always know when there are any changes in my relative, they are prompt at calling the GP if they have concerns.'
