Our view of the service
Date of assessment: 16 October 2024 to 8 November 2024. Manor Farm Care Home is a residential care home providing personal care and nursing care to older people, some of whom are living with dementia. The home can provide support for up to 81 people and at the time of our visit there were 74 people living in the home. This was a responsive assessment due to information we had received about the service. We assessed the service against the 5 key questions of safe, effective, caring responsive and well led reviewing quality statements across all 5 areas. We spoke to people living in the home, their families and a number of professionals associated with supporting the service to deliver care to older people and those living with dementia. We found that the home delivered safe standards of care in all the areas we assessed.
