During a routine inspection
We talked to two relatives who told us they were satisfied with the care at Victoria Mews. 'Mum always looks tidy and cared for no matter what time we come to see her. The staff are very friendly and they tell us if there are any changes. '
One family member who told us their relative had been found on the corridor floor with injuries to their face, they said, 'No one really knows what happened. Mum is very confused and often changes her story about what happens to her, but this time she keeps telling us she was hit.'
