During a routine inspection
We spent time at the home talking to one person who currently lived there as well as one member of staff and registered provider. At the time of this inspection there was one person living at the home with the registered provider living on site providing much of the care and support, but with occasional support from two workers to cover odd shifts. The registered provider stated that they were not taking any new people to live at the home.
We looked at some of the key records kept by the home. These included care plans and risk assessments. This helps us to better understand how well the home is run.
We heard from one person that they had been living at the home for many years. We were told ' I am treated as part of the family, they are extremely kind to me and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.'
