During a routine inspection
We looked at three referrals to the service which included the reason for referral, the support required and information about the person's medical history. We saw from the communication records completed by the staff, the support provided was as detailed in the referral form.
We did not talk to people using the service or their representative as the service only provided support for a maximum of 48 hrs. In order to gain an insight into people's experience of the service, we looked at three completed satisfaction surveys and they showed people had a positive experience of the service.
