During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us 'The care I receive is much better than the care from my previous provider.' And 'I choose what I wear each day. I'm helped to make my own decisions.' Another commented 'I get excellent care. I trust the staff. They're all very kind.'
The third person told us they felt very fortunate that their relative received such a 'great service'. They added that friends in other parts of the country told them they were very lucky as their experiences of care services had not been so positive.
