During a routine inspection
Records showed that pre treatment assessments and tests had been carried before any surgery took place.
There were effective infection control procedures in place and people who we talked with told us they found the clinic to look clean each time they had attended.
Staff recruitment procedures that were in place had been followed to ensure that the right people were employed.
There were numerous regular audits completed by clinic staff to ensure that a quality service was being offered.
One person told us that they had a phobia about people touching their eyes but they had explained this to the surgeon and he had taken extra time to ensure that she was relaxed and ready before the treatment commenced.
