During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with were more than satisfied with the care and support they received. One person told us, 'The service I get is excellent.' Another person explained, 'I am very satisfied, I think the girls are all brilliant.'
We were told that people felt safe with the support workers who supported them. One person told us, 'I've got to know and trust my carer.' Another person explained, 'I feel that I can go out and know that nothing will happen to her.'
People told us that they were treated with respect and they were happy with the care workers who supported them. One person explained, 'They have been brilliant, they take the time to talk to her and that means a lot.' Another person told us, 'They treat her with great respect, love and affection, they are like family members.'
Support workers told us how much they enjoyed working for the service. One support worker explained, 'I think it's a brilliant company to work for.' Another support worker told us, 'I love it, it's the best job I have ever had.'
