All Inspections

During a routine inspection

We made a planned unannounced visit to the agency office and spoke with the provider. We spoke with four people who use the service and with staff.

People told us that, most of the time, they had regular carers which they preferred. We were told 'I've used Acare for four years. They have been very nice'. Another person said 'They are sometimes a bit late but they have a lot of people to see'.

People told us that they were happy with the service they received and that staff were 'great, very nice' and 'very caring and very thorough'.
