During a routine inspection
They said they received sensitive support with their personal care and could chose the gender of the staff helping them with their personal care. "I always have a female as I have told them that".
They said they were asked about their care needs but were not involved in the planning about how their care was planned or if it was based on their wishes or choices.
They said their care was provided in the same way as if they lived at home. "It's just like being at home with my care and support being the same. I need help with a bath, shower or getting dressed"
Staff were said to be knowledgeable about the medical conditions and needs of people living at the home.
