During a routine inspection
They said that they felt that their dignity and privacy was respected when receiving care. We were told that the agency had carried out an assessment of their needs before a service was provided. The told us that the agency had involved the individuals or their relatives in the process. Some people said that they were aware of their care plans and the staff recorded their care in them.
One person told us that the agency's staff provided a good service. However they were concerned that their relative's care plan and assessment had not been reviewed and updated to show their current needs.
People told us that they were happy to ring the office if they had any concerns about their care. They commented that they 'were very pleased with the ladies who attend.' Other comments were' more than satisfied with the service.'
