Description

An Improvement Notice was issued to the employer under Section 21 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 following an inspection on 8 March 2022. This identified concerns around the adequacy of the equipment quality assurance programme; and the oversight from the medical physics expert.

Result

The employer submitted evidence and was deemed to comply with this notice on 6 June 2022.
