We are extending our opening hours to provide further assistance to providers applying for registration under the new system.
From 9 August 2010, our National Contact Centre will be open from 8.30am until 8pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday) and from 8am to 4pm (Saturday). We will review our opening hours in the autumn and consider whether there is a need for the extended opening hours to continue.
